(Ebook) Using Research Instruments: A Toolkit for Researchers by Peter Birmingham, David Wilkinson ISBN 9780415272797, 0415272793

This book is a godsend for those who have little or no prior academic research experience. The book bypassed all the philosophical and theoretical references that are so common with all the "how to" books out there. The last thing I would like to do is sieving through hundreds of pages just to get a few lines that are relevant to my quest. Mr. Wilkinson's book helped me tremendously on my first two research proposals. Perhaps Mr. Wilkinson would consider writing a book titled "Using Statistical Instruments: A Toolkit for Researchers". I definitely can use one. Hsinchu, Taiwan, 2009
