We present Stereo-cell, a spatial RNA capture, we previously created spatial enhanced-resolution omics enhanced-resolution single-cell sequencing platform based on sequencing (Stereo-seq), which enables in situ transcriptome profiling high-density DNA nanoball (DNB)–patterned arrays, which of frozen tissue sections placed onto the chip surface (18, 19). The DNB enables scalable and unbiased cell capture at a wide input chip features densely packed nanoballs (~220 nm in diameter, spaced range and supports high-fidelity transcriptome profiling. 500 nm from center to center) that facilitate encapsulation-free Stereo-cell further allows integration with imaging-based capture of both cells and transcripts.
