That invitation for the future becomes an immediate invitation to ride back to Lodi and join him at Pride Camp when fate intervenes before he can leave Stockton. What starts as a simple invitation and a ride grows into something more than either man could have imagined as they embark on a journey of discovery about each other's pasts, their dreams, and the vulnerabilities each has tried to keep hidden.
