Professor Tanenbaum is the winner of the ACM Karl V. Karlstrom Outstanding Educator Award and the ACM/SIGCSE Award for Outstanding Contributions to Computer Science Education.Albert S. Woodhull is Adjunct Associate Professor of Computer Science and Biology at the School of Natural Science, Hampshire College, Amherst, MA.
