He has published monographs and articles on biblical theology, the religions of the ancient Near East and on contextual interpretation of the Bible. Eveline van Staalduine-Sulman, Ph.D. (2002), is Professor of the reception History of the Hebrew Bible in Antiquity at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
