We’ve added new vasculardisorders, such as critical illness-associated microbleeds, [recently recognized as a causeof altered mental status in patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) whoare on ECMO or ventilator assistance], inflammatory cerebral amyloid angiopathy, andcerebral proliferative angiopathy (a mimic of diffuse arteriovenous malformation).
