This volume is concerned with the introductory material for Mollusca, providing an overview of physiology and genomics, and focuses on reviews of the main systems. We also provide a chapter dealing with ‘Natural History’ which covers a brief review of ‘ecology’ as well as a review of the relationships that molluscs have with other organisms, including predation, commensalism, and so on, while feeding interactions are mostly covered in Chapter 5.
